Uppdraget ska omfatta en leverans av ett Beslutsstödsystem. Ekonomirapporter: Systemstödet ska tillgodose användarnas behov av ekonomisk uppföljning utifrån dennes funktion/roll. T ex tillgång till resultaträkning, balansräkning, investeringsuppföljning, projekt och nyckeltal HR-rapporter: Systemstödet ska tillgodose användarnas behov av att få åtkomst till relevant data inom HR-området. T ex. personalsammansättning/struktur, frånvaro – timmar, dagar och tillfällen frånvarotillfällen, sjukfrånvaro, personalomsättning, tidsanvändning och antal anställda. Budget och prognos: Systemstödet ska kunna tillgodose användarnas behov av att kunna registrera budget och prognos utifrån dennes funktion/roll. T ex drift- personal- och investeringsbudget. Verksamhetsstyrning Systemstödet ska kunna tillgodose användarnas behov av att planera och följa upp sin verksamhet utifrån dennes funktion/roll. Systemstödet ska stödja Region Gotlands styrmodell med direkt stöd för verksamhetsplanering, uppföljning och rapportering av t ex mål, aktiviteter, nyckeltal och andra verksamhetsmått Systemet ska stödja framtagandet av dokument enligt den planerings och uppföljningsprocess som Region Gotland arbetar …
