Denna upphandling avser en komplett ”Besiktningsgrupp” under ledning av Besiktningsman, som på B:s uppdrag, för respektive entreprenad ska utföra teoretisk besiktning av entreprenadhandlingar, besiktning av mock-up samt förbesiktning, slutbesiktning, särskild besiktning och garantibesiktning samt därtill hörande uppgifter av samtliga entreprenader som ingår i projektet Helix etapp 2.
