Description
Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung und der Aufbau von Büromöbeln. In der europaweit bekannt gemachten Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren (TED-Nr: 75309-2024, veröffentlicht am 5.2.2024) wurde im Hinblick darauf, dass sich die Auftraggeberin erst im Aufbau befindet, bereits vorbehalten, an den aus dieser Ausschreibung hervorgegangenen Bestbieter gemäß § 36 Abs 1 Z 6 BVergG für einen Zeitraum bis zu drei Jahren nach Zuschlagserteilung zusätzliche gleichartige Leistungen über die Lieferung und den Aufbau von Büromöbeln, wie ausgeschrieben, welche zur teilweisen Erneuerung der gelieferten Einrichtungen oder zur Erweiterung / Ergänzung bestimmt sind, zu beauftragen. Von diesem Vorbehalt soll nunmehr Gebrauch gemacht werden. Da der ursprünglich avisierte Neubau nicht wie geplant durchgeführt werden kann, erfolgt als Interimslösung eine Erweiterung des bestehenden Standorts der IT:U um neue Räumlichkeiten in der Freistädterstraße 400, 4040 Linz. Die Ausschreibung wurde jeweils in einem EU-weit bekannt gemachten, offenen Vergabeverfahren durchgeführt. Die Möblierung, wie ursprünglich ausgeschrieben (jedoch nicht im selben Umfang), soll nun auch für die Standorterweiterung beschafft werde…
