Description
Beschaffung eines Rasterkraftmikroskops (AFM). Zur Umsetzung des geförderten Projekts MYRIAD wurde ein Multi-Ionenstrahl-Mikroskop beschafft. Im nächsten Schritt wird nun das Rasterkraftmikroskop (AFM) beschafft. MYRIAD integriert völlig neuartige Strukturierungsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene bildgebende Elektronen- und Ionenstrahl-Mikroskopie-Methoden, sowie eine breite Palette von Analyseverfahren. Dieses AFM wird eine fortschrittliche Materialcharakterisierung jenseits der derzeitigen Grenzen ermöglichen und als Grundpfeiler für hochkarätige, internationale Kooperationsforschung dienen.
