Description
Ausgeschrieben wird ein hochauflösendes Rasterelektronenmikroskop für ein Materialentwicklungslabor mit Feldemissionsquelle das sowohl in Hochvakuum als auch in Niedervakuum betrieben werden kann. Das Gerät muss eine maximale Auflösung von mindestens 1.0 nm erzielen, die Detektion von unterschiedlichen Elektronensignalen ermöglichen und über eine motorisierte Probenbühne von mindestens 100 mm x 100 mm lateralen Verfahrweg verfügen.
