Description
Die ÖBB-Personenverkehr AG (kurz „ÖBB“) strebt die Ausweitung ihrer internationalen Aktivitäten im Schienenpersonenverkehr (kurz „SPV“) an. Die Internationalisierungsstrategie fokussiert sich dabei auf den Ausbau des Nah- und Regionalverkehrs in Süddeutschland. Eine zentrale Säule dieser Internationalisierungsstrategie ist die Akquise von bestellten Verkehren, die im Rahmen von wettbewerblichen Vergabeverfahren (Public Service Obligation, kurz „PSO“) ausgeschrieben werden. Eine konkrete Go-/ No-Go Liste für dedizierte Verfahren, zum Beispiel aufgrund anderer Beratungskunden, kann mit dem Auftraggeber abgestimmt werden.
