Beauftragung eines Rahmenvertrags über eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren für das System ZDM/DMS@CGN im Wege der Direktvergabe gemäß §13 Abs 2, Satz 3c Sektorenverordnung (SektVo). Das System ZDM@CGN ist als ISMS- sowie KRITIS-relevantes System eingestuft und fällt somit unter die regulatorischen Anforderungen gemäß der KRITIS-Verordnung sowie der EASA - Anforderungen an den Schutz kritischer Systeme (V0 (EU) 2022/1645 - EASA Annex Information Security (IS), Part-IS.D.0R) und Daten (z.B. gemäß Regulation (EU) 139/2014, AMC/GM ADR . 0R.D. 025, ADR. 0R.D. 030) . §13 Abs 2, Satz 3c SektVo Direktvergabe aus lizenzrechlichen Gründen
