Upphandlingen omfattar bemanningstjänster avseende socialsekreterare, biståndshandläggare, LSS-handläggare, boendesamordnare, placeringssamordnare eller avgifthandläggare och chefer för kortare och längre perioder inom Socialförvaltningen och Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen. Syftet med inhyrning är att fylla tillfälliga eller längre personalbehov och vakanser som uppstår till följd av arbetstoppar, anställd personals sjukdom, tjänstledighet, i väntan på nyrekrytering med mera. Botkyrka kommun uppskattar volymen till cirka 38 MSEK (exklusive mervärdesskatt) under hela avtalstiden (inklusive optionsklausuler). Kommun garanterar inga volymer eller avrop för uppdrag och avtalsvolymen kan variera över tid.
