Description
Upphandlingen omfattar bemanningstjänster av interimschefer. Syftet med ramavtalet är att köparen ska kunna avropa bemanning av personal för längre och kortare tidsperiod. Behovet finns i första hand vid oförutsett frånvaro av ordinarie personal och i samband med att rekryteringsprocess påbörjas till det att tillsättning av tjänst sker.
