Upphandlingen syftar till tecknande av ramavtal avseende bemanningstjänster inom området socialtjänst som ska tillgodose behovet av både utredande och arbetsledande personal. Syftet är att kunna avropa extern personal för längre eller kortare tid. Följande områdeskategorier omfattas: A. Handläggare/Biståndsbedömare/Socialsekreterare – LSS och SoL B.
