Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för Luleå kommuns Arbetsmarknads- och utbildningsförvaltningens behov av bemanningstjänster för korttidsvikariat. Upphandlingen syftar till att säkerställa tillgång till kvalificerad personal för att täcka tillfälliga vakanser inom aktuella befattningar och kompetensområden. Aktuell upphandling avser främst bemanning av behöriga och obehöriga vikarier inom fritidshem, förskola inklusive OB-omsorg, grundskola inklusive grundsärskolan, gymnasieskolan inklusive gymnasiesärskolan samt vuxenutbildning inklusive SFI.
