Detta dynamiska inköpssystem avser bemanningstjänster för Mulllsjö kommuns verksamheter. Leverantörer kan löpande ansöka om att delta i ett eller flera delområden under systemets giltighetstid. När kommunen har behov av bemanning genomförs en specifik upphandling inom systemet och en anbudsinbjudan skickas till de leverantörer som är kvalificerade inom aktuellt delområde.
