Upphandlingen omfattar bemanningstjänst vid tillfälliga vakanser inom kommunal hälso- och sjukvård utförd av legitimerade sjuksköterskor vid vakanser till personer som bor i bostad med särskild service för vuxna respektive barn och ungdomar enligt 9 § p.8 och p.9 LSS och för personer i daglig verksamhet som är i yrkesverksam ålder som saknar förvärvsarbete och inte utbildar sig enligt 9 § p.10 LSS, Lag (2010:480) samt personer som bor på vård- och omsorgsboende enligt 5 kap 5 § SoL, Socialtjänstlag (2001:453) samt för personer som bor i särskilt boende inom socialpsykiatrin.
