Description
Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist der Abschluss eines Distributor-Vertrags für die Überlassung von Nutzungsrechten (Subscriptions) für Produkte der Firma Microsoft aus dem zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses bestehenden SPLA sowie dem Anschlussvertrag bzw. einem zwischen dem AG und Microsoft bestehenden Nachfolgevertrag.
