Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist ein Rahmenvertrag über vier Jahre über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung der Standardsoftware Splunk Enterprise Core und Splunk Enterprise Security als On-Premise-Lösung, die Verlängerung der Wartungs- und Supportleistungen für bestehende On-Premise Perpetual-Lizenzen des Auftraggebers sowie die Erbringung abrufbarer Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Umfeld der Splunk-Produktpalette.
