ZIN wenst zich voor het beheer, onderhoud en de implementatieondersteuning van het Credentials platform, publicatie platform, KIK-V Datastation as a service en Gegevens registratieplatform de volgende situatie: Technische migratie van omgeving (OTAP, repository e.d.) van huidige leverancier naar nieuwe leverancier. Beheer o Functioneel beheer - omvat alle taken die nodig zijn om namens de gebruiksorganisatie de instandhouding en vernieuwing van het credentials platform, het publicatie platform, KIK-V Datastation as a service en Gegevensregistratie platform uit te voeren; o Hosting – omvat de drie webapplicaties. o Applicatiebeheer - omvat het in stand houden, onderhouden en vernieuwen van de software. o Technisch beheer - omvat alle taken die nodig zijn voor het installeren, accepteren, operationeel maken en houden van de software en aanliggende IT-infrastructuur; o Proactieve adviesfunctie functionaliteiten Onderhoud o Correctief onderhoud – het herstellen van geconstateerde fouten in de software; o Preventief onderhoud – het tijdig nemen van maatregelen om daadwerkelijke verstoringen te voorkomen; o Adaptief onderhoud het ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteite…
