Description
Kriminalvården avser att teckna ramavtal med ett antal leverantörer för vård och behandling vid behandlingshem av frivårdsklienter som dömts till skyddstillsyn med särskild behandlingsplan (kontraktsvård) och intagna som vistas utanför anstalt på vårdvistelse enligt 11 kap 1§ Fängelselagen (FäL). Inriktningen är att Kriminalvårdens enheter ska ha tillgång till ett varierat utbud av behandlingshem i hela landet. Kriminalvården har kostnadsansvar av kontraktsvårdsdömda fram till och med dag för den tänkta tidpunkten för frigivningen och för vårdvistelseplacerade fram till dag för villkorlig frigivning. Resterande del av behandlingen måste i förekommande fall betalas av annan huvudman, normalt av socialtjänsten.
