Upphandlingen omfattar behandling (förbränning) av restavfall och därmed jämförligt avfall, exkl. farligt avfall och elektriskt och elektroniskt avfall. Upphandlingen omfattar även trädgårdsavfall i form av invasiva växter som samlats in av Beställaren.
