Biologisk behandling och återvinning av matavfall. Upphandlingen avser behandling och återvinning av avfall från A&ÅS samtliga medlemskommuner i en biogasanläggning med erforderliga tillstånd där nedbrytning av organiskt material sker under anaeroba förhållanden för framställning av biogas.
