NODAVA AB är ett gemensamt bolag för avfalls- och VA-frågor i Mora, Orsa och Älvdalens kommuner och är samordnare för denna upphandling och företräder de kommunala bolagen. Upphandlingen avser behandling/deponi av deponirest och asbest från fem Återvinningscentraler (ÅVC) på följande orter: Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen, Särna och Idre.
