Description
ACG errichtet in der Seestadt Aspern den Austro Control Campus die neue Flugsicherungszentrale (ATCCV – Air Traffic Control Center Vienna) und weitere Einrichtungen der kritischen Infrastruktur. Um den Anforderungen aus dem Flugsicherungsbetrieb und dem Schutz der kritischen Infrastruktur gerecht zu werden, sieht das aktuelle Konzept den Verbund von sicherheitstechnisch getrennten Bauteilen vor. Die Begleitende Kontrolle erbringt Leistungen für den Auftraggeber (AG) bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Ausführung des Bauprojektes als unabhängige Kontrollinstanz im Sinne eines fachlichen Vier-Augen-Prinzips in Wien. Das Leistungsbild basierend auf dem von Univ. Prof. DI Hans Lechner und Ass. Prof. DI Dr. Christian Hofstadler herausgegebenen Leistungsmodell Begleitende Kontrolle, Fassung 2023 („LM.BK“) umfasst weitgehend die in der LM.BK aufgezählten Grundleistungen sowie diverse in der LM.BK aufgezählten optionalen Leistungen, jeweils aller fünf Projektphasen („PPH“): PPH1 Projektvorbereitung, PPH2 Planung, PPH3 Ausführungsvorbereitung, PPH4 Ausführung, PPH5 Projektabschluss.
