Description
Ramavtal för bearbetning av sulfidjord till bl.a. anläggningsjord av olika slag och vältbetong (produkter) på Loftberget i Skellefteå kommun. Leverantören ska tillsammans med kunden ansöka om ändringstillstånd och sedan efter laga kraft vunnet tillstånd utföra bearbetning av sulfidjord till produkter i enlighet med tillståndet. OBS: Läs i avtalet vad som gäller för avtalstiden (tiden inrymmer ansökningstid för ändringstillstånd från avtalsstart och sedan 2 år + 1 + 1 för utförande av tjänsten, vilket börjar efter laga kraft vunnet ändringstillstånd erhållits).
