Description

Mechanical Maintenance Services fall under the remit of the University Limerick Campus Technical Services and Sustainability Team, within the Buildings and Estates Department. The general scope and typical projects descriptions to be carried out under the Framework Agreement are set out below to assist applicants in responding to this qualification questionnaire. Please note that any details / specifications noted are indicative only and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to alter/amend/terminate use of same prior to issue of tender documents/works contracts. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services and Sustainability Manager, the successful Tenderer will provide a general mechanical maintenance services for University property in accordance with the schedule of accommodation set-out below. The service will include the maintenance of mechanical plant, equipment and services, as directed by the Buildings and Estates Department. The Building Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance services will be carried out by other contractors.
