Description
The assignment includes the continuation of the delivery of an overall management system for quality, safety and stand-by for the West Fire and Rescue Region VBR CIM. Bergen Fire Brigade made call-offs on the Directorate for Civil Protection's (DSBs) framework agreement with One Voice AS on the crisis management tool CIM (Crisis Information Management) in 2017. In 2018 West Fire and Rescue Region (VBR) was established. The West Fire and Rescue Region (VBR) is a long-term professional cooperation between independent fire brigades in 18 municipalities in the Bergen region. Around 92 percent of the population of the Bergen region live in these municipalities. A professional network, regional commitment and management support has been established through the cooperation, superior plan documents and joint quality standards. The main intention of the cooperation is to create a safer everyday life for inhabitants through a formal and structured network for sharing knowledge and experience.
