Description

The subject of the Public-Private Partnership, implemented as a concession agreement for public services, consists of and includes the following components: Design of the technical documentation, Construction, which also entails full financing of the multi-story garages, Management, including the operation of the entire parking area within the 'Mother Teresa' University Clinical Center in Skopje, and Maintenance of the multi-story garages.

Award criteria

• Price — The offer with the lowest bid price, including the monthly compensation price for employees and the parking price per hour for visitors, will be selected.
