Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt eine Vertragsänderung der vorliegenden Rahmenvereinbarung AV-Medientechnik gem. § 365 Abs 3 Z 1 und Z 6 BVergG 2018 durchzuführen im Zusammenhang mit einem unvorhersehbar erforderlich gewordenen Produktwechsel aufgrund eines EU-Sanktions-bedingten Lieferstopps.
