Description
Dieses leistungsstarke System muss die Aufnahme von Standard histologischen Färbungen wie z.B. HE-Färbung von Gewebeproben mittels einer Farbkamera in hoher Bildqualität ermöglichen. Zusätzlich sollte das Gerät auch mit Fluoreszenz mit einer starken Lichtquelle ausgestattet sein, um fluoreszenzmarkierte Punktsignale präzise und mit hoher Sensitivität darzustellen, insbesondere im sichtbaren sowie im nahinfraroten Bereich. Es müssen sowohl FFPE, Kryo als auch fresh frozen Gewebeproben analysierbar sein und das System muss die automatisierte Aufnahme von mindestens 5 Standardobjektträgern (26 × 76 mm) ermöglichen.
