Het doel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) leveranciers voor het huren van (zero emissie) vervoersmiddelen (personenauto’s, autobusjes, bestelbusjes en lichte vrachtwagens) voor personeel en studenten met een maximum van 9 personen (incl. bestuurder) per auto/autobusje naar verschillende locaties, zowel in Nederland alsmede binnen de grenzen van de Europese Unie.
