Description

Ausführungsleistungen erweiterter Rohbau für das Projekt Neubau des Fördeklinikum Katharinen-Hospital. Die Projektdurchführung erfolgt in Form der Integrierten Projektabwicklung (IPA) auf Grundlage eines Mehrparteienvertrags. Die Vergütung wird auf Grundlage des Mehrparteienvertrags ermittelt. Die Leistungen umfassen alle erforderlichen Bau- und Lieferleistungen, die neben den Rohbauarbeiten für die Erstellung der Gebäudehülle (Fassade und Dach) erforderlich sind.
