Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer Standardsoftware zur Einbindung mobiler nummerngebundener interpersoneller Kommunikationsdienste in das öffentliche Warnsystem der Stadt Wien, inklusiver Wartung, Support und optionaler Dienstleistungen. Das Warnsystem wird gemäß Artikel 110 "öffentliches Warnsystem" der Richtlinie (EU2018/1972 (EECC)) des Europäischen Parlaments und Rates vom 11 Dezember 2018 errichtet.
