Anbudsområde 1: Fettavskiljare Anbudsområde 2: Vegetabilisk olja Avtalet omfattar en icke-exklusiv rätt för auktoriserad Entreprenör att ingå avtal om tömning av fettavskiljare och hämtning av vegetabilisk olja inom Norrköpings kommun. Auktorisationssystemet tillämpar kundval där kund vänder sig till någon av de auktoriserade entreprenörerna och sedan förhandlar fram ett avtal med denna. Kund väljer avtalspart utan Nodra AB:s inblandning. Avtal med kund får inte bryta mot någon punkt i auktorisationsavtalet. Entreprenören ska ange sin maximala kapacitet för tjänsten. Kapaciteten anges i antal fastigheter med livsmedelsverksamhet. Om entreprenören har uppnått sin maximala kapacitet har denne rätt att tacka nej till livsmedelsverksamheter som önskar teckna avtal. Den auktoriserade ska utföra tjänsterna i den i ansökan angivna omfattningen.
