Description
Das an der Klinik bestehende Elekta Monaco-Bestrahlungsplanungssystem soll aufgerüstet werden. Das System dient zur Bestrahlungsplanung von teletherapeutischen Behandlungen (3D-Konf., IMRT, VMAT, Stereotaxie). Der digitale, individuell angefertigte Bestrahlungsplan umfasst die dreidimensionale Verteilung der Strahlendosis im Pateinten, Informationen zur Dosisbelastung im Zielvolumen und umgebender Risikostrukturen sowie die technisch-physikalischen Bestrahlungsparameter für die spätere technische Umsetzung am Linearbeschleuniger. Dabei soll das aktuell zur Umsetzung kommende teletherapeutische Behandlungsspektrum abgedeckt werden und eine Anbindung an die bereits vorhandenen medizintechnischen Systeme erfolgen.
