Description
La présente consultation a pour objet des audits énergétiques des bâtiments tertiaires publics pour les besoins du SICTIAM et de ses adhérents. L'audit énergétique doit permettre de donner une visibilité sur l'état du bâtiment et de dresser une proposition chiffrée et argumentée de programmes d'économies d'énergie cohérents avec les objectifs de politique nationale de transition énergétique pour amener le maître d'ouvrage à décider des investissements appropriés. La description détaillée des prestations est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).

- Price — Prix : Jugé sur la base du montant total euros hors taxes du Devis Quantitatif Estimatif (DQE) du candidat.
- Quality — Valeur technique : La méthode de notation est indiquée à l'article 6.3 du Règlement de la Consultation (RC).
