Description

Les collectivités territoriales cherchent à intégrer des solutions d'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) pour améliorer leurs services publics, optimiser leurs processus internes et répondre aux besoins des citoyens de manière plus efficace. Le SICTIAM souhaite proposer à ses adhérents une offre complète de services d'intelligence artificielle pour répondre à leurs enjeux et défis quotidiens. Le SICTIAM met donc en place un Système d'Acquisition Dynamique (SAD) visant à acquérir des outils basés sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA) pour optimiser divers services publics. Ce système devra permettre une réponse rapide et adaptée aux besoins évolutifs de la collectivité. Cette consultation vise à sélectionner un ensemble de prestataires capables de fournir un accompagnement dans la mise en oeuvre de projets IA. L'objectif est de constituer un écosystème d'entreprises capables de proposer des solutions intégrant de l'IA pour répondre aux cas d'usage des collectivités, soit avec des solutions « sur étagères », soit avec des solutions sur-mesure nécessitant un développement spécifique.
