Description
Huddinge kommun avser upphandla Ramavtal för AV produkter. Mål och syfte med upphandlingen är att till godo se mötesrum, klassrum och vissa andra lokaler med audio och videolösningar. Området har blivit än mer viktigt på grund av att Huddinge kommun numera är en hybrid arbetsplats med hybrida möten. Hybrida möten innebär att vissa av mötesdeltagarna är på plats och vissa sitter på distans. Alla kommunens verksamheter är berörda av denna lösning. Målet är att till godo se kommunens verksamheter med mötesrum, klassrum samt vissa lokaler med AV produkter för att kunna ha hybridmöten men även rätt digitala verktyg för undervisning och presentation vid fysiska möten.
