Le présent marché concerne le choix d'un prestataire pour exécuter le marché de prestations de transport de marchandises dans le sous-sol du Terminal 2 de l’aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur. Le présent marché est constitué d’une partie forfaitaire ainsi que d’une partie à prix unitaires, constituant un accord-cadre exécuté via l’émission de bons de commande (pour la partie unitaire uniquement). Le marché comporte une clause de réexamen, permettant des adaptations en cours d’exécution. Les conditions de mise en œuvre figurent au CCAP.
