Region Halland hanterar ett stort antal ekonomiska transaktioner, vilket medför risk för dubbelbetalningar, felskanningar och fel i momsåtersökning. Trots befintliga verktyg finns behov av kompletterande kontroller, särskilt eftersom regelverket kring moms förändras ofta och kan vara svårt att följa. Regionen planerar därför en upphandling enligt LOU av en leverantör som mot provision kan identifiera fel och bidra till förbättrade rutiner,
