Med anledning av stöld och skadegörelse av originalverket har beställaren fattat beslut gällande återskapande av konstverket i ny tappning, av samma konstnär som gjorde originalet. Detta har setts som angeläget för staden. Målsättningen med beställningen är att ett likadant verk, men med ny-gjutna figurer ska placeras på samma plats som tidigare.
