La présente consultation concerne la souscription de différents contrats d'assurances pour le compte de la Ville et du C.C.A.S. de Chelles dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande dont la ville est coordinatrice exclusivement pour la procédure de passation. Les lots n°1 ,2 et 3 sont passés dans le cadre d'une procédure appel d'offres ouvert et le lot n°4 est passé dans le cadre d'une procédure adaptée.
