Le présent marché a pour objet la couverture de la responsabilité civile objective pour les dommages causés aux tiers par un incendie ou une explosion, visée par la loi belge du 30 juillet 1979 et les arrêtés royaux du 28 février 1991 et du 5 août 1991, et les versions ultérieures, dans les immeubles localisés en Belgique occupés par le pouvoir adjudicateur ou tout autre institution ou organe de l'Union européenne.
