En étroite coordination avec les assistances techniques déjà mobilisées : - Fournir une assistance technique permanente de qualité au Département de l’agriculture et à l’Agence Nationale des Eaux et Forêts (une par lot), - Contribuer au renforcement des capacités, animer la réflexion sur l’actualisation de la politique, prenant en compte les nouveaux enjeux environnementaux, climatiques, sociaux et de gouvernance - Mettre à disposition des experts pour des interventions de moyenne/courte durée afin, d'une part, de fournir une expertise ponctuelle spécifique et, d'autre part de réaliser des études, enquêtes et analyses pertinentes.
