La présente soumission a pour objet de recourir à l’assistance de trois (3) consultants sur un volume total maximal de 180 jours-hommes (J/H) à partir du 4 mai 2026 afin d’accompagner l’ACD dans le développement des compétences managériales de ses agents. L’objectif étant d’accompagner les agents concernés de l’actuel modèle de gestion opérationnelle vers l’excellence managériale.
