Description

Réalisation d'une étude de faisabilité qui permettra de préciser les conditions environnementales, techniques, réglementaires, juridiques, financières et de calendrier du projet. L'étude de faisabilité multicritère permettra de prendre des décisions éclairées quant à la poursuite du projet en évaluant chaque aspect selon des critères spécifiques. Elle servira de base solide pour la planification et la réalisation, ainsi que pour l'exploitation et la maintenance ultérieures. Voici les grandes étapes de notre démarche : - Caractérisation du projet, - Analyse technique et opérationnelle, - Etude financière, - Analyse environnementale, - Synthèse multicritère, - Phasage.
