Mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la mise oeuvre du volet cyclable du Plan Routes et Déplacements du Quotidien (PDRQ) portant sur l'élaboration d'une charte des aménagements cyclables et du jalonnement du Département de Lot-et-Garonne ainsi que sur l'appui à la mise en place des comités d'axe (n°2 à 5). Des missions optionnelles portent sur l'établissement des préprogrammes des aménagements cyclables des axes 2 à 5. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
