Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. La forme du prix est déterminée par marché subséquent. La présente consultation d'accord-cadre vise à la désignation de plusieurs attributaires chargés d'accompagner le GPMM dans la préparation, la conduite et le suivi des démarches de concertation, au sens de la participation des acteurs de la gouvernance à cinq, et des dispositifs d'information associés. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaire. L'accord-cadre donne lieu ensuite des marchés subséquents au fur et à mesure du besoin. En effet compte tenu de la multiplicité des projets du GPMM, et de leur diversité (implantations logistiques ou industrielles, documents d'aménagement, projets de recherche, démonstrateurs, infrastructures…), plusieurs prestataires sont nécessaires pour réaliser l'ensemble des missions souhaitées
