La présente consultation a pour objet la sélection d'un assistant à maitrise d'ouvrage pour les services relatifs aux aspects économiques de la construction. En effet, la ville de Clichy souhaite être accompagnée par un économiste de la construction pour l'ensemble des projets relevant des compétences de la Ville : marchés de travaux spécifiques ou marchés de bailleurs.
