Description
Tilaajan tavoitteena on hankkia kustannustehokas ja korkealaatuinen asiakaspalvelu, tiedonvaihto ja laskutus palveluna sähköverkko- ja energiapalvelut-liiketoiminnoille osallistumiskutsun ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnasta tehdään määräaikainen kolme (3) vuotta palvelun käynnistämisestä voimassaoleva hankintasopimus, minkä jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.
