Description
The Supply consisting of the full process delivery of equivalent amount of units ( 1 to 2 ) for producing heat at load range 9 MWth to 12 MWth at temperature of 70°C water to water heat pumps (evaporator in/out: 42…49 degC / 30…35 degC, condenser in/out: 53…58 degC / 65…70 degC). Heat pump units should containing the all necessary auxiliary equipment with piping instrumentation, electrification and cabling (cabling from terminal boxes to control panel) of full operating plant excluding the main pipe work and the civil works, commissioned and the test run completed and ready for commercial operation on the Client's site. All necessary dimensions, load and process information for designing the civil constructions and foundations is included in the Supply. Each of the heat-pump units are to be installed on a steel base frame provided with motor, compressor and heat exchangers (evaporator, condenser, aux. cooling) etc. to form a complete heat pump unit. The system shall be designed to minimize loss of refrigerant. Welded fittings are in preference to flanged connections wherever possible.
