Description
Riighanke esemeks on suuremate ja väiksemate sülearvutite, lauaarvutite, dokkimisseadmete, monitoride, juhtmega klaviatuuride ja juhtmega arvutihiirte ostmine (edaspidi kaup). Riighanke eseme täpsem kirjeldus on toodud dokumendis „Lisa 1. Tehniline kirjeldus“. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitakse ühe pakkujaga raamleping 12 kuuks. Raamlepingu alusel eraldi hankelepinguid ei allkirjastata, vaid raamlepingu täitmine toimub tellimuste alusel. Hankija esitab tellimusi kauba ostmiseks vastavalt vajadusele. Pakkumuses esitatud kauba ühiku hinnad kehtivad kogu raamlepingu kehtivusajal. Raamlepingu maksimaalne maksumus, mille ulatuses hankija võib kaupu osta, on 600 000,00 eurot käibemaksuta.
