Description

Upphandlingen omfattar i stora drag markarbeten för uppgradering och utbyte av skalskydd runtom Arlanda Flygplats. För mer omfattade beskrivning se bilaga Ansökningsinbjudan. Upphandlingen sker i två (2) faser, FAS 1 Anbudsansökan och FAS 2 Anbud + förhandling. "För de fall att anbudsansökande företag vill använda sig av European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) kommer Swedavia möjliggöra för detta genom att på begäran skicka ut dokumentet till det anbudssökande företaget. Dokumentet kan sedan fyllas i och bifogas anbudsansökningen. Användandet av ESPD är frivilligt."
